By creating a KDERMAI account or using any KDERMAI service — including our website, mobile app, skin analysis, specialist consultations, and educational content — you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Nature of Our Services
KDERMAI is a skincare wellness and education platform. We provide AI-powered skin analysis, personalized routine guidance, ingredient intelligence, and access to licensed estheticians and skincare wellness specialists. Member Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information during intake, upload authentic skin photographs, and use our recommendations responsibly. You are responsible for patch-testing new products, following label directions, and consulting a physician before introducing new ingredients if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are breastfeeding.
Accounts & Subscriptions
KDERMAI offers free and paid membership tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe or your mobile app store and may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are governed by the billing terms of the applicable payment provider. Free features, Discovery Passes, and trial access may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
Content & Intellectual Property
All content on KDERMAI — including articles, routines, ingredient guides, AI analysis outputs, and specialist recommendations — is owned by KDERMAI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use personalized recommendations for your own skincare purposes but may not redistribute, resell, or republish our content without permission.
Specialist Consultations
Consultations through KDERMAI are conducted by licensed estheticians and skincare wellness specialists, not medical doctors. The customer-professional relationship for any paid consultation is between you and the specialist directly. KDERMAI facilitates the connection but does not mediate the service or its outcome.
Limitation of Liability
KDERMAI, its owners, and its specialists are not liable for adverse reactions, allergic responses, or outcomes resulting from the use of recommended products or routines. You use all recommendations at your own risk. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
Changes to These Terms
